This document governs all aspects of the contest and binds all participants in this contest. In case of dispute, refer to section 9 “Litigation”
The contest begins on September 24, 2018 at 12:01 am and ends on December 30, 2018 at 12:01 pm. The contest will feature a first prize of $ 500 Canadian, which will be presented as a check to the contest winner, along with a Renovco gift card valued at $ 200 that will be issued to the person who is “Tagged” in the contest’s comment of the winner.
To Participate on Facebook, it is necessary to:
“Like” and “Follow” the Renovco Facebook page,
“Like” the post of this contest and “Share” it publicly with your list of Facebook friends
“Tag” Someone in a comment. This person tagged, can win a $ 200 Gift Certificate at Renovco, if the participant that “Tagged” that person, wins the $ 500 first prize.
To be eligible for the contest, you must be a resident of the province of Quebec, have the legal age of 18 years or over, and have followed all the stages of participations listed in the third point of this contract. It should be noted that Renovco employees, its advertising and promotional agencies, as well as those of the prize suppliers or those of any other party directly or indirectly involved in the contest, as well as their parents and people residing at the same home address, cannot participate in the contest.
Description of the prize: Two prizes will be awarded to the two winners of the contest:
Prize # 1: $ 500 in Canadian currency presented as a check to the winner of the contest
Prize #2: $ 200 In Renovco gift certificate, presented to the person that is “Tagged” in the comment of the winning person.
The Random Draw will be held on Monday, January 7th, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Renovco premises located at 11355 Côte de Liesse Road, Dorval, QC H9P 1B2. The names of the participants who have fulfilled the eligibility conditions will be put in an urn and a draw will be made. It will be broadcasted on Renovco’s Facebook live page and the winners will be announced then.7- To be declared a winner, all selected participants must:\
Be reachable by Facebook Messenger within 3 days of the draw
Sign a price acceptance statement
Have fulfilled the conditions of the contest
By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Renovco and the contest organizers to use his name, address, photo, voice or image (photo or video) or any statement concerning the ” Win an Easy 700$ with Renovco” contest, for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation. All entries become the exclusive property of Renovco and will not be returned.
Any litigation with respect to the organization or holding of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools du Québec, races and games. Similarly, any litigation regarding the awarding of the prize for this contest may be submitted to the Alcohol, Racing and Games Board for the sole purpose of payment.
